Notice of Exterior Wall Painting Work: Rainbow Plaza (Nov 2026 - Mar 2027)

Thank you for your continued support of Yumoto Fujiya Hotel.
To maintain our building's safety and enhance its appearance, we will be carrying out exterior wall and roof painting work on the Rainbow Plaza building.
During this period, scaffolding will be installed around the building perimeter. While every effort will be made to minimize disturbance and ensure safety, guests may experience intermittent noise and paint odors during working hours.
To accommodate these works, certain guest room bookings will be paused and restrictions will apply to our banquet facilities. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Intermittent construction noise will occur around the building due to scaffolding set-up and wall repairs. Noise may echo inside the banquet halls. |

| Scenic Views (Nov 30, 2026 - Mar 13, 2027) | Protective sheeting will cover all windows on the 1st and 2nd floors of Rainbow Plaza. As a result, views from public areas, including the foyer outside the banquet halls, will be obstructed. |
| Guest Room Bookings (Jan 12, 2027 - Mar 13, 2027) | Sales and bookings for all guest rooms located in Rainbow Plaza will be suspended during this period. |
