| Q. Can I enter the pool if I have tattoos? | A. You can use the pool if you cover your tattoos with a tattoo cover sticker or a rash guard. Tattoo cover stickers are available for purchase at the front desk. |

| Q. Are there changing rooms or lockers available? | A. Changing rooms are available at the entrance of the pool. Lockers with keys are also provided inside, though the number is limited. |
| Q. Can I bring food and drinks to the poolside? Is there a shop? |

| Q. Are towel available for rent? | A. Bath towels are provided in the changing rooms. Each person may use one towel. |
| Q. Can children who are not yet potty-trained enter the pool? | A. Children who still wear diapers must wear swim diapers (waterproof play pants) under their swimsuits and may only use the "Children's Pool". Swim diapers are available for purchase at the front desk for ¥200 each. |
